BIMAPLAN enables agents to sell personal accident coverage, COVID hospitalization and health insurance through our technology platform and earn money ("Services").
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users ("you" or "your" or "user(s)", or "customer(s)"). We value you as users and respect your right to privacy. Your privacy is important and maintaining your trust is paramount to us. We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy online and offline and have taken steps to protect such information.

v. your registration or profile information sent to us by connected services such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter, as may be authorized by you.
vi. information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, BIMAPLAN cookie information, software attributes, hardware attributes, etc., is automatically collected when you browse/use/register/sign in on BIMAPLAN.
vii. search contact book if consented by the user.
viii. Contact List: Our App may request access to your contact list to enhance its functionality. We may collect and store the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information from your contact list solely for the purpose of providing you with features like inviting friends or suggesting contacts within the App. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

Images: Our App may require access to your device's photo library or camera to allow you to upload or capture images within the App. We collect and process these images to enable features like profile picture selection or in-app image editing. We do not use or share your images for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

6) Bimaplan collects/transmits/syncs/stores Date of Birth to enable age validation.
7) Bimaplan collects/transmits/syncs/stores Occupation to enable a systematic record and to help insurers gauge whether or not an individual is eligible to buy an insurance policy.
8) Bimaplan collects/transmits/syncs/stores address to enable record purpose and communication through mail.
9) Bimaplan collects/transmits/syncs/stores bank details to enable crediting performance/referral/bonus and commission.
10) Bimaplan collects/transmits/syncs/stores Nominee Name to enable Policy Generation Requirements

SECTION 3 – CONSENT
When you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your Personal Information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at support@bimaplan.co. Further, you can request BIMAPLAN to delete your data by dropping a mail to support@bimaplan.co. BIMAPLAN has the right to deny this request in case of any fraud, unwanted activities, or any business or compliance requirements, which requires data retention for a period of 5 (five) years. BIMAPLAN may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

We share the Personal Information provided by you to our trusted partners who collaborated or work with BIMAPLAN under confidentiality agreements. We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on the servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
